Imaris MeasurementPro has two components: • Extensions of ImarisSurpass that enable distance, geometric, and voxel-intensity measurements Measurement points attached to two IsoSurfaces. Measurement points attached to an IsoSurface (red) and an Orthoslice (blue). • A mechanism to construct and measure 3D objects based on 2D contours A set of manually drawn contours and the plane from which the contours were taken. The contours displayed as an IsoSurface form a segmented object.
